The nurse has an attitude and is very rude with me, every time. I always have to ask about my medical results. I'm left blind otherwise. It is sadly easier for me to drive over to the office to ask a simple question than it is to call because you will be on hold for 45 min and there is no voicemail so the call then drops. I always leave this office in a sour mood.
Terrible place and yes the nurse's do have an attitude problem big time...hardly don't have smiles on their faces at all... So here is my story after being a patient of Dr. Bruno Mancini in Orlando for 2 years he moved from location and I lost a good doctor. Well to my surprise I moved to Deltona and a year later a friend is telling me the story of a really good Dr. That treats her for RA and FMS (Fibromyalgia) well I have the same health conditions and a more...I really was in need to change my Dr. #ASAP for not being a good Dr.but being new in Deltona I didn't know who or where to go get my proper treatment. Anyways my luck was about to change I was going to start seeing my good old Dr. Back Mancini.
I have heard nothing but terrible things about this office. Front desk staff sucks, very unprofessional with chips on their shoulders. They do not answer their phone and when they do they are rude. Do not know how they keep their jobs. This place is a joke. I would recommend whoever is in charge to hire a more professional and sympathetic staff. I see a lot of bad reviews!!
PA-C Robert Rodriguez has been my Dr. for a few years. He is a phenomenal health care professional. He gives his patients top notch care and keeps us healthy. He is on the ball and keeps up with all our health needs and concerns! He stays on top of all medicines that we need or need to change as well as our always changing health problems and concerns. He is a credit to the health profession! The nursing staff and front desk staff at the Deltona FHS is also wonderful. They all do their jobs very well and make everything run well. I give a four star rating to this practice and commend them all for a job well done!
We often do not give compliments when we get good service so I am going to take the time to do so. I called for the first time to make a new patient appointment back in August. I was greeted kindly and I made my appointment with no hassle. When I went in for my appointment 3 weeks later I signed in, turned in my new patient paperwork that I downloaded online with no hassle. The front desk personal were helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to wait long at all. The nurse listened to all my concerns took notes and was very kind and friendly. PA Robert Rodriguez saw me and dignified me and listened to all of my concerns and is trying to help me get a proper diagnosis for my dizzyness and headaches associated with my degenerative disc disease in my neck. I have a follow up coming up in 9 days that I look fwd to. Thank you Robert and Staff!
