Do not go here! I am almost 11 weeks and have been experiencing vomiting and a low grade fever. I called the office and see if there was an after hours number to speak with someone and the lady was extremely rude and told me if I was not calling from a hospital or it was not an emergency I needed to wait until the office opened. So here I am over 24 hours with no food or drink and a doctors office that doesn't care
I loved this place... and I wasn't the one giving birth, however I was at the appointments and the birth. We really loved midwife Michelle, and I have since last month, brought 2 more mommas to be, to this practice.

My wife came here for her first appointment after finding out she was pregnant. We both came after taking off full days of work. We arrived 30 mins early (like they asked). She filled out all the paperwork and went the administrator at the front desk called her up she said the doctor had left for the day due to an emergency. (This is fine; we both work in the medical industry and understand that this can happen). These people have two other offices in Lake Mary and Altamonte and we asked if we could be worked in at one of these offices and their only response was "We're fully booked." This is not good customer service! We each wasted a whole day of work for this? Not a good way to make accommodations for your own patients. We will not be coming back here.
If I could give zero stars and do this review I would....This is absolutely the worst place to go if you actually want care or to even be seen by a Dr. or midwife...They have canceled multiple appointments on me this month alone they have cancled three appointments ...Unprofessional rude and all around just a mess of a place to be involved with!! Sad excuse for a place of business!! They have not a care in the world for you or your unborn baby!! Just stay away from this place!!
