Worse post office ever! Always losing my packages or just too lazy to deliver them to me. Customer service is a joke. People are rude and useless for help. Would give them zero stars if I could
Good location for dropping off packages and having a mailbox
Waited a month on a package to arrive from Macy's. It never came. It was marked as undeliverable and returned to sender. I order off amazon with no problem (different mail carrier). I don't know how it was undeliverable when no one tried. No notices left, nothing. When I called they hung up on me instead of fixing the problem.
Very helpful. I called from PA because package I sent hadn't been delivered in Deltona and they were so kind and helpful. He found out what happened and called me back just like he said he would. I accidentally cut of the tracking info and he explained it to me very nicely and not condescending at all. He took care of everything.
They have this lady that works at the front desk and she is so rude. I went to buy stamps and have her my debit and credit card with my license and she told me to sign the back of my card..I said I don't have to it as see id she kept insisting that I have to sign my card or her cash.I told her I don't have to and I left to get my stamps at publix.I will never go there for stamps cause the witch of Deltona works there!!!
