When I get pizza here either delivered or pick-up, it's the best! Out of the many years I've ordered pizza here has it been very bad. Cinnamon Sticks crushed, cinnamon sauce all over the pizza, cheese half on the pizza, like the box was dropped on its side or something. It was only one incident out of the hundred times I've ordered here. The food is great! A majority of the time, their customer service is polite and courteous. Other than that, I would recommend this place over other Pizza places in Deltona, because I have been to each and every one, because I thoroughly love pizza! Hope this review helps anyone in the near future. Don't let the three stars fool you, this place is great!
but i still drive to the store to show tbe manager the charge on my bank account, he said that I will have the charge back in to my account next morning. I call next morning because the charge still there , I talk to a manager and also talk to Deborah the general manager and she come up with all kinds of excuses but acknowledged that they took money cash at the door and also charge my bank account. It was easy for her to blame on my Bank that had nothing to do that they took thr money twice .

Good food but trash policies. Won't accept 2 gift cards for the same order and due to the card imprint policy it's impossible to order food for your friends or kids without them being accused of credit card fraud. Not at all consumer friendly.

Be carefull when you order form this place they charge my bank account and they also took money cash from my guests that I order the pizza for. Its was very embarrassing come home and find out that my guest from PR that recently lost everithing, had to put cash toguether to pay at the door ,wehen Pzza Hut already charge my bank account. I call the store to straight up the situation and my orther was not foud , they actually told me over tbe phone that I did not place any order. I was tired after work 12 hrs shift
