I would have to say I would not use them again. My dad passed away and we had 2 contracts my dad n moms. We were told we had a $4,500 balance that needed to be paid before any service was done. We we struck with grief never thought to ask if the bal was just my dads. As we borrowed an tried to get balance due to Lohmans funeral place neglected to separate the 2 contracts, causing us to pay for my moms policy who is thank God still alive. The financial stress of this could have been avoided had the policies balance not been combined.
Called the funeral home to ask for direction on ordering flowers for a family member.We were given direction to purchased flowers thru their website, but my spouse and I decided to order thru a local florist..Glad we did....A lot cheaper and very nice.
