Lack of customer service, walked in just to be told they are really busy today and had no time for me (no one was in the store) and didnt offer a card or to set up an appointment for the future so they lost business

Doug is awesome, he listen to what you want and makes you feel like a million, it's the best place to get your hair done, very reasonable, friendly atmosphere, and very clean. I wouldn't go to any other place. Try it, I bet you'll make Doug your hairstylist for life.
