It's a busy terminal but if it's busy it's because they're great.
Came in on 12/5/2016 with my mother who has the account there but soon I am having her pull out all her money from therre.They have the worst customer service there. I didn't get the man's name but he had his arm in a sling and he should not be working there. I will be calling someone to put a complain on him.
They never have enough people working the front so annoying because it's ALL THE TIME! why can't the other associates can't help when they see they have too many people in line they're just sitting at the desk I'm sure they're fully trained to do that or things please find this branch more help
No wonder bank of America loses a lot of customers. It's because someone like him working there

Very kind and nice but didn't solve the entirety of the issue and Robert the manager refused to help after only trying a quick fix instead of contacting corporate to handle the situation properly
